Deepa's Girls and AIDS orphans

Deepa's Girls

Attendees of the Zone Institute for Zones 33-34, Nassau, heard Rotarian Deepa Willingham talk about her work to help orphans and abused children get education, food and health care in Calcutta, India. Director Eric has sponsored one of Deepa's girls for a year for $300 in honor of President Elect John Kenny's spouse June. He challenges our Districts and clubs to sponsor one of Deepa's girls for $300. Learn more or make an online donation.

Orphan Rescue Project

Rotarian Marion Bunch talked in Nassau about how children orphaned because their parents died of AIDS. You can support an AIDS orphan for $450 a year.

Our goal is to have 10 children sponsored in each place (10 in India and 10 in Africa), or a total of 20 for this Rotary year.

This is another way to help President D.K. Lee's Child Mortality program and "Make Dreams Real."

Download a PDF form to sign up to sponsor one of Deepa's girls in Calcutta or an AIDS orphan in Africa. The form is simply to let Director Eric know that you have sponsored a child. Send the money directly to Pace Universal for Deepa's children or to Rotarians for Fighting AIDS for AIDS orphans.
